The Arts Subcommittee of the Historic Downtown Prosser Association is issuing a call for artists to paint miniature “critters” on several designated buildings throughout Prosser’s Historic Downtown. This project will consist of a series of small paintings, each on one to three bricks and each featuring a small animal that is native to the Prosser
